Our Nurses and trained Clinical Foot Care Assistants work together to provide individualized foot and nail care. Nursing assessment, care planning and hands-on care are coordinated around your needs, with each team member providing care appropriate to their role.

Clinical foot care is available by appointment at participating locations and through our mobile service. Availability varies by location. Call or text 226-840-0665 to confirm availability and arrange the appropriate clinic appointment or home visit.
